Being a WOHA member is a smart and affordable way to protect your property's value and maintain the quality of life that has made Whispering Oaks one of San Antonio's most admired and desired communities for over 50 years.

WOHA membership dues of just over $10 a month are far less than the mandatory fees of most nearby communities. Your contribution pays for a myriad of services that would be easily taken for granted. Your all-volunteer board spends over $45,000 annually on lawncare, utilities, community insurances, government advocacy, legal disputes, and of course upkeep of our aging infrastructure. Dues also fund improvements, such as expanded lighting of our entrances to improve safety for motorists and pedestrians.

Step 1) Register your household online
If you haven't already registered your household on this site, please do so first. It's easy to establish an account with just a few clicks. You will gain access to many of this site's restricted features and be able to establish online payments that fit your needs.
Residents can either pay membership dues once a year ($125) or via automatic online monthly payments ($10.42). Paying online is fast and secure via Paypal. To make a one-time payment, you don't need to have an existing Paypal account to process your choice of credit or debit payment.

Selecting the online Auto-Pay option means you won't have to find your checkbook or a stamp. Or if you prefer to pay via check, please click to print the mail-in form.
WOHA volunteers are available to answer questions, help set up your account online or process your payment over the phone. Simply contact us with your request and allow us a few days to follow up.

Legal Notice: WOHA memberships apply to each fiscal year and expire each September 30, except for those established with Auto-Pay which automatically continue into the next fiscal year which begins each October 1. Membership dues are non-refundable once received. You may terminate your annual membership at any time by informing us in writing. No pro-rated refunds will be given for members who choose to terminate membership. Members who pay or pre-pay at least 12 consecutive months of dues are eligible to vote in organization ballots. Registration on this website is limited to property owners or current residents of Whispering Oaks. WOHA reserves the right to terminate any account or membership without cause.
