Being a WOHA member is a smart and affordable way to protect your property's value and maintain the quality of life that has made Whispering Oaks one of San Antonio's most admired and desired communities for over 50 years.
WOHA membership dues of just over $10 a month are far less than the mandatory fees of most nearby communities. Your contribution pays for a myriad of services that would be easily taken for granted. Your all-volunteer board spends over $45,000 annually on lawncare, utilities, community insurances, government advocacy, legal disputes, and of course upkeep of our aging infrastructure. Dues also fund improvements, such as expanded lighting of our entrances to improve safety for motorists and pedestrians.

Membership Dues
Payment is fast and secure online. And checks are fine too.
Residents can either pay membership dues once a year ($125) or via monthly Auto-Pay ($10.42 minimum). Paying online using credit or debit is fast and secure. No need to find your checkbook or a stamp! Your personal information may not be shared to WOHA when payment is received, so we kindly ask that you confirm your address via a message sent from this website.

Are membership dues tax deductible? Unfortunately not. Although WOHA is a non-profit organization, the IRS does not consider contributions to it as tax deductible.
Legal Notice: WOHA membership fees apply to the current calendar year and expire each December 31, except for those established with Auto-Pay which automatically continue into the next fiscal year which begins each January 1.To cease auto-payments processed via Paypal simply log into your Paypal account; to cease via all other processors please send WOHA a message via this website. All membership applications are subject to approval by the Board of Directors within 60 days of payment receipt. Membership dues are non-refundable once a membership has been approved. You may terminate your annual membership at any time by informing us in writing, however no pro-rated refunds will be given for members who choose to terminate during a pre-paid year. Some membership rights and benefits require 12 consecutive months of membership in good standing; see By-Laws. Registration on this website is limited to property owners or current residents of Whispering Oaks. WOHA reserves the right to terminate any account or membership without cause.
